At this point in my life I have never seen so much patriotism from our Beautiful Country!!!
Proud to be Canadian!
All I can say for our most amazing Hockey Teams..the kick ass womens and the mens,
HOCKEY IS OUR SPORT!!!
We did not make it out to Vancouver and now regret it! My hubbie and I contemplated and contemplated but the days we could go, we would have needed to bring all three of our very young children... and I just knew all we would hear the whole time would be "I'm bored, can we go home yet???" So we decided not to go. Just last night while watching the closing ceremonies we looked at each other rather sadly and said what we were both thinking..."I wish we had of gone"
Didn't we do an awesome job of making fun of ourselves at the fact the pillar did not work at the opening ceremonies. I loved the mime and the decision we made to laugh about it instead of taking the heat of the world for how awful it was.
WE ARE CANADIAN and we are a GREAT NATION!
